Your role - Case management: support customers comprehensively and professionally via email and phone. - Interface specialist: coordinate communication with logistics, supplier management, and global players in the automotive industry. - Quality first: identify error patterns, maintain our knowledge base, and sustainably reduce the error rate. - Process design: work not only in the system but on the system. Through small projects, you will optimize workflows and increase the efficiency of the unit. - The honest mirror: expect a high volume of tickets and routine tasks, but if you have the drive to optimize these routines with smart processes, you will thrive with us.
Your profile - Enrolled student: currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. - First support experience: ideally some experience in customer support or service (e.g., call center, helpdesk, service center, or sales). - Communication talent: excellent German expression (spoken and written) with sustained empathy under pressure. - Structured thinker: organized and enjoy mastering complex proc
