Dexory is building its first company-wide data capability and is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to own the data foundation that unifies our diverse data sources. You will define core concepts such as customer, site, deployment and contract, build a reliable, queryable data layer, and establish the metrics bible that guides AI and reporting so the business talks the same language. You will enable self-serve data through connectors, pipelines and a trustworthy natural-language query layer, while embedding Dexory’s data security from the ground up. In this founder-level role you will work with engineering, platform, autonomy and perception teams to expose source data cleanly and monitor the health of the data foundation. You will balance build-versus-buy decisions, set engineering standards, deliver early wins, and shape the function as it grows from a team of one to a broader data capability. The role is hybrid with a minimum of two days onsite per week at the Wallingford facility.
