Senior Project Manager
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of construction projects, each valued up to £20 million. You will provide leadership across multiple schemes, supporting and guiding up to four site-based Project Managers while working collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external partners.
This role suits someone who enjoys developing people, building inclusive and high-performing teams, and delivering projects safely, responsibly, and to a high standard throughout the full project lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing: - Leadership & Team Culture: Lead and oversee a portfolio of projects, providing clear direction, support, and accountability; build diverse teams where people feel safe and respected; promote a safe working environment; champion an inclusive culture; support the development of direct reports. - Health, Safety & Wellbeing: Ensure CDM 2015 and relevant legislation are applied; promote shared responsibility for health, safety, and wellbeing; investigate incidents thoroughly; appoint and support a Temporary Works Coordinator. - Planning, Design & Pre-Construction: Collaborate with designers to ensure safe, buildable, inclusive designs; facilitate workshops; complete regulatory and pre-commencement requirements; set up site offices and compounds; encourage innovation and modern methods of construction. - Commercial & Project Delivery: Work with Commercial and Risk teams to manage costs, opportunities, and r
