What to expect: - Advisory & Collaboration: You will work closely with leaders, works councils, and our international People & Culture team to develop sustainable solutions along the full Employee Lifecycle and to strengthen collaboration with stakeholders. - Leadership Enablement & People Development: You will actively support leaders in their roles and help establish an effective, sustainable leadership culture. You will oversee performance management processes and the targeted development of employees and teams. - Change & Culture Development: You will drive change initiatives, shape a modern, agile culture within the FinTech context, and contribute to organizational development projects. You will also engage in AI initiatives to support a forward-looking organization. - HR Projects & Analytics: You will initiate and steer HR projects, participate in cross-functional initiatives, and use KPIs and HR analytics to enable data-driven decisions and empower internal stakeholders with employee experience data. - Labor Law & Governance: You will advise on labor-law questions and ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards.
