Responsibilities

Administer and optimize the Salesforce development lifecycle (DevOps) using Copado.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines across environments.
Manage version control, branching strategies, and conflict resolution in Git.
Coordinate and execute automated deployments from Sandboxes to Production with full traceability.
Administer the Salesforce baseline configuration, ensuring governance of metadata and environments.
Collaborate with the Project Manager and the Configuration Management lead to facilitate releases.
Ensure best practices in change management and support automated testing.

Techn

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience: Demonstrated experience administering Salesforce environments, coordinating releases via Copado, managing Git repositories, and optimizing deployment workflows on technology projects.
