MSX is seeking an on-site Automotive Technical Support Coordinator based in Budapest, Hungary, to oversee the delivery of agreed services within their market under the contract between a premium automotive manufacturer and MSX. The role focuses on optimizing team capacity, balancing workload, and maintaining high service levels in line with customer expectations and SLAs.

Key responsibilities: - Manage geographic and ticket-type scope, ensuring teams deliver the expected Technical Support services in accordance with SLAs. - Conduct quality checks and provide individual coaching based on identified mistakes. - Monitor individual performance (productivity and quality) and lead bi-monthly coaching sessions. - Monitor item linkage and coaching, lead weekly team meetings, balance daily workload, and conduct yearly performance evaluations. - Organize onboarding for newcomers (HR systems access) and plan initial training; provide system training, shadowing, knowledge transfer, and coaching. - Develop Standard Operating Procedures for common ticket types and dealer questions. - Represent the TS team in morning SIM2 and organize/maintain daily SIM1. - Follow Lean qualifications and organize Lean workshops to address operational challenges. - Participate in weekly Markets Steering meetings and quality-check case discussions with markets/AG.
