Downstream Finance Manager We are looking for an experienced finance leader with a strong background in controlling, reporting and business partnering. You will understand complex industrial operations and translate financial data into clear insights that support management decisions. You are strategic, able to manage priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams. As a trusted business partner, you demonstrate ownership, integrity and a proactive approach to identifying risks, opportunities and practical solutions. Key responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate finance and controlling activities related to Downstream operations. - Manage planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance monitoring processes. - Prepare, review and interpret financial reports, analyses and management information. - Identify deviations from plans, analyze root causes and propose corrective actions; produce deep-dives to reveal potential savings in business processes. - Support management decision-making through proactive financial insights and recommendations. - Collaborate with business units, Group Finance and other stakeholders across MOL Group. - Drive harmonisation, improvement and automation of reporting, controlling tools and financial processes. - Support investment, CAPEX and business development decisions with high-quality financial analyses. - Ensure compliance with internal rules, reporting standards and deadlines. - Lead, motivate and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
