Senior Full-Stack Developer – Project Gigabit (Angular / Java / Spring Boot) – Košice, Slovakia (hybrid). Join our Falcon scrum team to help build software for Deutsche Telekom Group’s Gigabit project, a digital platform that supports marketing, sales, ordering and fulfillment for fiber connectivity across millions of customers. The role is primarily backend-focused but will also involve frontend tasks as needed. You will design and maintain microservices for ordering and commissioning fiber connections and contribute to responsive web applications using Angular. Responsibilities include designing and implementing REST APIs according to Deutsche Telekom IT REST Guidelines (OpenAPI, versioning, breaking change management), orchestration of processes with BPMN tools such as Camunda 7/8 or jBPM, and system integration via REST and event-driven messaging (Kafka or AMQ). Ensure resilience, observability and code quality through retries, idempotency, circuit breakers, logging, metrics, and automated testing. You will work in a Scrum/SAFe environment with a transition to LeSS; travel internationally at least once per year. The project involves development and QA in Slovakia, with Product Owner and Process Designer in Germany. Required: 5+ years of hands-on Java and Spring Boot experience; strong TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Angular skills; CI/CD and DevOps practices; GitLab pipelines; PostgreSQL; JUnit, Mockito, WireMock; Docker, Kubernetes; Camunda/jBPM; AWS knowledge is a plus; English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
