BathWorks is seeking a dependable IT Help Desk Specialist to provide onsite technical support across the organization. This role will manage IT requests, troubleshoot everyday technology issues, prepare employee devices, and ensure our team has the tools needed to succeed.
What You'll Do - Manage and prioritize requests through the IT ticket portal. - Provide in-person, phone, and email support. - Troubleshoot computers, tablets, printers, software, user accounts, connectivity, and peripherals. - Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. - Support employee onboarding and offboarding by issuing and collecting equipment. - Maintain accurate equipment, ticket, and resolution records. - Escalate complex issues to vendors or higher-level support. - Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
