As an HR Business Partner, you will be the trusted partner for approximately twenty branches within our commercial organization. You will work closely with branch managers, sales managers, and team leaders, advising on all people, teams, and organizational development matters. You won't be a distant consultant; you will be visible in the region, visit the branches, and understand what is happening on the ground. One day you’ll guide a change initiative; the next you’ll coach a manager through a complex case or contribute to talent development, performance, absence management, or sustainable employability. You’ll have a good deal of independence, but you will be part of a professional HR team where collaboration, ownership, and development are central.
