You might be a fit if: - You have 2–5 years of experience designing and building for the web. - You move fluidly across the full design process, from early concept through final production. - You have an instinct for the details that make interfaces feel considered: typography, spacing, motion, and how they work together. - You know enough HTML and CSS to work effectively with engineers—or to build parts of the experience yourself. - You’re comfortable using tools like Claude Code and Cursor as part of your workflow. - You’d rather prototype than give a presentation. - Work > ego
Logistics: Full-time. Hybrid in San Francisco or New York. Compensation: $150,500–$185,000 + benefits.
To apply: A portfolio is required. We care much more about what you’ve made than where you’ve worked; if this sounds like you, apply even if you don’t check every box.
