NEXTON is hiring a Data Analyst for ESG data using Alteryx and Power BI, for a permanent contract in Paris. You will join the team as a Data Analyst for one of our major banking sector clients. Your responsibilities include identifying, extracting and collecting data from various sources (databases, internal systems, external APIs, etc.); performing statistical and quantitative analyses to understand trends and identify opportunities for optimization; creating interactive reports and dashboards with Power BI, Tableau or Google Data Studio to communicate results clearly; ensuring data quality by cleaning and structuring data to be usable; working closely with decision-making teams to help interpret data and make informed decisions; automating analysis and reporting processes via scripts or specialized tools; and staying informed about new data analysis methods and tools to optimize existing processes. Qualifications include a Master's degree (BAC+5) with at least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst in an Agile/SCRUM environment; strong ability to document analyses (data sourcing, hypotheses and methods) in a Lean & Agile approach; solid experience in data preparation (Alteryx, Power BI) on a modern data stack; and proficiency in statistics and data visualization.
