The role is full-time (100%) and reports to the Head of Controlling. Responsibilities: Monthly preparation of the Group reporting package and corresponding presentations; Creation and analysis of cash flow forecasts; Analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing key financial, performance, and governance metrics to support informed business decisions; Close collaboration with Accounting; reconcile provisions and accruals to ensure accurate monthly and annual IFRS-compliant closings; Develop and maintain meaningful management reports and financial dashboards to manage performance and liquidity; Drive process and system optimization: implement and continuously improve controlling processes, reporting standards, and IT tools; Participation in budgeting and forecasting; Prepare decision papers for management; Prepare viability calculations and business cases for various projects; Support the CFO on projects and strategic initiatives.
