About The Role

As a Senior Automation QA Engineer, you will join a cross-functional development team building experiences of tomorrow and working on innovation projects. You should be comfortable starting work on projects early in their lifecycle and adapting to dynamic requirements. The engineer should be skilled in system design and able to target specific levels of testing as needed. An understanding of risk analysis is ideal, as is experience with mobile apps, web applications, APIs, and large language models.

Responsibilities

Product & System Scope:

• Automation Testing (Primary): Design, write, and maintain test scripts for web interfaces and backend APIs; integrate tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Manual Testing (Pre-Live): Perform exploratory and functional testing on new features, UI updates, and complex logistics edge cases before deployment.
• Collaboration & Defect Tracking: Work closely with developers to log, reproduce, and test bugs. Participate in sprint planning to ensure requirements are testable.
• Validate DispoHub: real-time mapping and live-view tool tracking active orders and courier deliveries.
• Validate Job Dashboard: an agent-facing hub with live KPI dashboards,
