The role includes schedule development and reporting, cost control, change management, and enforcing risk management parameters. Responsibilities also encompass ensuring timely close-out, supporting field safety, and maintaining clear communication with design teams, owners, subcontractors, and vendors. Qualifications include a four-year degree with at least three years of relevant experience (or a four-year degree in a non-relevant field with at least five years of relevant experience) and OSHA 10 Hour certification. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Primavera P6 (or similar scheduling software), Timberline PJ (or similar PM software), Viewpoint (or similar AP software), and working knowledge of Navisworks, Revit, and SketchUp is required.
