Overview The Student Marketeer Team Lead (SMTL) will support the Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) and the Student Marketeer (SM) in driving Red Bull’s brand image and product trials on campus. You will assist with campus planning, tool management, and in-field/on-campus activations, and help recruit, onboarding, training, and engage Student Marketeers.

Key Responsibilities - Demonstrate brand and product knowledge in the field; motivate and coach SMs - Drive trials and grow brand presence on and around campus; align activities with regional and national priorities - Support sampling, campus planning, scheduling, and feedback; participate in national marketing planning as needed - Demonstrate the 8-step sampling technique; provide in-field coaching to ensure high-quality executions - Maintain Campus Sales Audits in the RBU, use Ace of Sales and P.I.P.E. techniques - Manage sampling and seeding inventory, and coordinate fleet maintenance and warehouse scheduling - Prepare monthly asset status reports and assist with recruitment and training initiatives - Develop market-level recruitment plans and conduct monthly training on execution standards and competitive trends

Qualifications - Currently assigned as Student Marketeer – Generalist with at least 6 months of experience - Proven ability to lead projects and motivate a team - Passion for the Red Bull brand and strong product knowledge; ability to coach others - Flexible part-time availability, including so
