Overview: The Small Business Sales Manager drives commercial sales growth and dealer development for local small business customers through Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram dealerships. This role focuses on commercial vehicles, inventory strategy, and dealer development with a strong field presence in the Oak Brook, Illinois area, requiring 60–80% travel within the territory and the opportunity to influence dealer performance and Stellantis’s commercial footprint.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop dealer relationships and secure commitments to invest in people, processes, and training - Join dealer sales teams on external calls to engage local small businesses - Advise dealerships on commercial ordering and inventory needs - Integrate bailment pools into sales processes, including stocking programs and upfit visibility for targeted markets - Conduct regular audits and process reviews; implement corrective actions - Prepare and present dealer reports highlighting sales opportunities and revenue streams - Schedule and lead regular quarterly meetings with key dealership stakeholders - Support commercial marketing efforts, including dealership advertising, website enhancements, and co-op programs - Serve as a liaison between dealers, Stellantis corporate, and business center contacts for commercial vehicle sales
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree - 3+ years of sales, marketing, or B2B sales experience - Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite -
