As a Carrier Sales Representative, you will serve as the liaison between Circle Logistics and our carrier partners. You will negotiate freight rates, coordinate shipments, troubleshoot transportation challenges, and build strong carrier relationships to keep freight moving efficiently. Responsibilities include negotiating competitive freight rates, building and maintaining a reliable carrier network, managing shipments from pickup to delivery, resolving issues with urgency, monitoring market trends and freight lanes, partnering with internal teams to deliver our No-Fail Service commitment, qualifying carriers to ensure compliance with company standards, meeting and exceeding monthly goals, and communicating professionally with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
