Microsoft Digital is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered assistance and automation experiences. Based in Redmond, Washington, this hybrid role will partner across multiple product teams within Microsoft 365 and Power Platform to translate user insights into high-value capabilities that improve productivity and user satisfaction. You will lead AI-first solution innovation by identifying where generative AI, intelligent assistants, predictive recommendations, automation, and agentic experiences can transform the way employees, developers, and IT admins accomplish work. Responsibilities include gathering user insights through research, usage data, and direct engagement; turning them into a clear, prioritized opportunity set; and delivering end-to-end product experiences from concept to launch. You will collaborate with engineering, design, research, and business leaders to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable capabilities, and mentor peers to raise the craft of product management.
