NEXTON is seeking a Design System Designer for a permanent contract in Paris. As Design System Manager, you will be responsible for the management, evolution, and promotion of the Design System, collaborating with developers' concept teams, UX and UI designers, and project managers to ensure a coherent system. Your responsibilities include maintaining the Design System, ensuring its evolution and consistency; collaborating with design teams to develop reusable components and design guidelines; training and raising awareness among team members on best practices to promote adoption within the company; delivering essential elements such as major evolutions, components, patterns, and tokens aligned with the roadmap; creating detailed documentation of Design System evolutions and disseminating guidelines to encourage adoption; ensuring design quality and coherence across all platforms and products; and managing updates and continuous improvements according to needs and constraints. Qualifications: With solid UI/UX design expertise, you have at least five years of experience, including substantial work creating or managing complex Design Systems. You are a true visual architect, passionate about scalability and organization; you master Figma (Auto-layout, Variables, Libraries) and have a strong understanding of Design Tokens and technical constraints (HTML/CSS, React).
