Cook Systems has an immediate opening for an AV Support Engineer in Memphis, Tennessee. This is a hybrid role (onsite/Hybrid—3 days per week). The AV Support Engineer provides Tier 2/3 support for AV incidents, service requests, and system issues, and monitors, maintains, and troubleshoots AV equipment, control systems, conferencing technologies, and integrated solutions. You will install, configure, and support AV hardware, software, and peripheral devices; support conference rooms, meeting spaces, executive events, and special technology requests; perform software, firmware, and system updates according to established maintenance schedules; assist with AV deployments, upgrades, migrations, and hardware refresh initiatives; maintain AV asset inventories, room profiles, and lifecycle documentation; track equipment age, warranty status, refresh history, and technology roadmaps; provide historical analysis and reporting to support annual planning and budgeting. You will work with internal IT teams, vendors, and third-party integrators to support implementations and resolve technical issues, and you will document configurations, procedures, troubleshooting steps, and support activities. Requirements include 3+ years’ experience in enterprise AV systems support and troubleshooting, AV lifecycle and asset management, and hands-on work with AV hardware, software, Windows/Mac environments, networking fundamentals, and third-party AV integrations.
