You will own project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, guiding your team to achieve schedule, budget, safety, and quality goals while fostering strong relationships with owners, design partners, and subcontractors. Responsibilities include leading project execution, startup, scheduling, change management, safety planning, quality control, and closeout; supervising and mentoring project engineers and staff; reviewing design documents for contract compliance and constructability; participating in preconstruction tasks such as planning, estimating, and schedule development; and proactively resolving field issues. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience), proven project management experience in commercial construction, and skills in value engineering, design coordination, scheduling, and change order negotiation. Strong relationship-building abilities with owners, architects, and trade partners, along with a commitment to a safety-first culture, are required. Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore) is a plus.
