Senior Highway Project Manager based in Bedford, New Hampshire, United States to lead the delivery of complex transportation engineering projects across New Hampshire for VHB. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, guide projects from concept through advertising and construction administration, and partner closely with clients including the New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT), municipalities, regional planning commissions, and private partners. Your work will contribute to roadway improvements, multimodal access, and resilient infrastructure that supports how people live, work, and move throughout the region. Responsibilities include managing large, multi-disciplinary highway and roadway reconstruction projects, mentoring junior staff, and leading pre-design planning and financial management for NHDOT and municipal pursuits. Qualifications include a BS in Civil Engineering, 11+ years of roadway/highway design experience, a current PE in New Hampshire (or PE in another state with the ability to obtain NH licensure within six months), and experience with state DOT–funded and/or federally funded municipal roadway projects with strong knowledge of NHDOT standards.
