Uprite Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead government construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in Boise, Idaho, United States (on-site). The role involves developing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, forecasts, procurement logs, and reporting; managing owner contracts, subcontract agreements, change orders, and project documentation; coordinating with government representatives, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams; leading project meetings and providing clear updates regarding schedule, cost, quality, safety, and risk; handling RFIs, submittals, procurement, closeout documentation, and contract requirements; reviewing plans, specifications, and contract documents to identify potential risks and coordination issues; ensuring compliance with government contract requirements and project-specific procedures; tracking project costs and maintaining accurate financial forecasts; managing subcontractor performance, scope, schedule, and change management; supporting permitting, inspections, testing, and project closeout; building strong relationships with clients and project partners; mentoring Project Engineers and supporting the development of project team members; and maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, accountability, and client satisfaction. Preferred experience includes Idaho National Laboratory projects, government-funded commercial construction, secure or controlled access facilities, public sector construction, and design-build project delivery.
