Summary: We are seeking an Advanced Fullstack Ruby/React Engineer to join a dynamic, product-driven engineering team. The engineer will split time evenly between backend development with Ruby on Rails and frontend development with React, while actively managing data ingestion pipelines and performing complex PostgreSQL queries. You will work with AI-powered document extraction services (FastAPI, LangChain/LangGraph, Google Gemini) and utilize developer acceleration tools such as GitHub Copilot. The role offers high autonomy within a small, collaborative team, with direct interaction with Product Owners and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable features and robust data processing solutions.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.
