About the team SumUp's Field Sales Talent Acquisition team drives growth across Europe by building a scalable sales force for small businesses. We move quickly, managing high-volume hiring across markets, and collaborating with sales leaders, sourcers and trainers to hit onboarding targets each month. This is a hands-on role with full ownership of the recruitment funnel and a direct impact on business growth.
What you'll do - Lead end-to-end recruitment for Field Sales in Portuguese-speaking markets: sourcing, screening, offers, and onboarding. - Conduct structured candidate calls and maintain a robust pipeline to meet monthly onboarding targets. - Analyze funnel data to identify bottlenecks and adjust sourcing or outreach to improve conversions. - Work with sourcers and sales managers to align on territory needs, launch local campaigns, and keep job ads active across platforms. - Share market insights with the broader team and contribute to knowledge sharing to improve hiring performance.
You'll be great for this role if - You have experience managing high-volume recruitment end-to-end in fast-paced or sales-driven environments. - You can engage and sell to candidates and drive the pipeline to close. - You are comfortable with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms, with strong outbound search skills. - You are fluent in Portuguese and English, with strong written and verbal communication in both. - You have a resul
