Primary Responsibilities: - Develop, enhance, and support HL7 v2.x interfaces using InterSystems Ensemble/IRIS as the primary integration engine. - Design, build, and support Epic Bridges interfaces and related interoperability workflows, including vendor interfaces connected to Epic. - Perform message analysis, mapping, and troubleshooting for common HL7 message types (ADT, ORM, ORU, SIU, DFT) and resolve interface failures independently. - Translate clinical/business requirements into HL7 mappings and integration specifications; create and maintain interface specs, mapping documents, and support guides. - Perform Epic-side build/configuration changes to enable or modify interfaces. - Support Epic upgrade cycles, including Nova Notes review, regression testing, a
