Knobelsdorff is seeking an organized and driven Assistant Project Manager to provide daily execution support for the Project Management Organization on construction projects in Goodhue, Minnesota. This role works closely with the Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Construction Manager to ensure daily project administrative requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities include supporting project documentation, scheduling, productivity tracking, procurement coordination, financial documentation, safety communications, and overall project execution. This position requires strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills to help ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment. Occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required. Travel as needed, up to 50%.
What you'll bring: - Associate degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Experience with basic project and construction administration preferred. - Knowledge of construction preferred. - Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Valid driver's license with a safe driving record. - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
