Sparksoft is seeking a mid-level Business Analyst to collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to break down complex business needs into clearly defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. The role involves eliciting requirements from business, operations, and technical teams, documenting them for presentation in refinement sessions, maintaining thorough project documentation, and translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications. You will support user acceptance testing, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analyses, and drive continuous product and process improvements. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience supporting Agile teams, strong facilitation and communication skills, knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and proficiency with JIRA and Confluence. A U.S. residency for at least 3 of the past 5 years and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance are required. Preferred experience includes CMS Marketplace eligibility and contact center workflows. Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) or equivalent experience.
