This role leads project teams across field, office, and support functions, manages schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation, and oversees budgets and forecasting to maintain healthy project financials. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders and requires regular on-site presence to ensure safety, quality, and progress. This is an on-site opportunity located in Sweetwater, Texas, United States. Travel is required up to 50%.

Qualifications:

Own project performance, including schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction
Lead and develop project teams across field, office, and support functions
Manage project schedules, track milestones, and mitigate risks
Oversee budgets, forecasting, and overall project financial health
Serve as primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders
Maintain regular job site presence to ensure safety, quality, and progress
Drive communication across teams and lead project meetings
Identify and execute change orders and risk mitigation strategies
Ensure project closeout documentation is completed on time
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance on all projects
3+ years of experience managing onsite construction projects (heavy commercial, data centers, or industrial projects)
Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project teams
Excellent communication and relat
