Description: As a manager, you will lead a growing team to innovate and deliver high-impact features using state-of-the-art machine learning technologies. You will work on the design and development of core technologies in GenAI and Responsible AI and Safety. An ideal candidate will have experience leading and supporting teams to develop ML-based solutions from initial concept through product release. You will collaborate with safety policies and risk assessment teams and lead our evaluation efforts. Minimum qualifications: Proven technical leadership with 5+ years of team management experience; PhD or equivalent in Computer Science or related technical field is helpful; Demonstrated expertise in ML research and/or ML production deployment lifecycle; Deep understanding of large language models; Hands-on experience with deep learning toolkits such as TensorFlow or PyTorch; Ability to formulate a research problem, design, experiment, implement, and communicate solutions
