The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in demand planning and forecasting, experience building demand plans for new and existing products, and strong skills in data analytics, scenario analysis, and collaboration with supply management. They will drive process improvement and continuously iterate inputs and methods for strategic requirement forecasting. Responsibilities include developing data-driven demand forecasts for server, storage, and networking products; advanced Excel modeling; and translating data into actionable insights for executive leadership.
