Oracle is seeking a Principal Demand Planner to enable the strategy and execution of forecasting and informed decision making through robust modeling, business intelligence, and market/industry trend analysis. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in demand planning and forecasting, experience building demand plans for new and existing products, and strong skills in data analytics, scenario analysis, and collaboration with supply management. They will drive process improvement and continuously iterate inputs and methods for strategic requirement forecasting. Responsibilities include developing data-driven demand forecasts for server, storage, and networking products; advanced Excel modeling; and translating data into actionable insights for executive leadership. Preferred qualifications include cloud experience, 7+ years using Microsoft Office, SQL knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to operate in ambiguity. Experience with infrastructure hardware, including memory, CPUs, JBODs, servers, and related technologies. The position is based in Nashville, Tennessee, United States, and is on-site at Oracle.
