This full-time exempt role is onsite and provides generalist, recruiting, and organizational support to the HR and Talent Acquisition teams. The HR Generalist partners with leaders on human resources-related issues, including employee relations, and acts as a change agent to create an exceptional working experience for all employees. Key responsibilities include supporting HR initiatives led by the Chief People Officer and HR Business Partners, building strong relationships with leaders and staff, addressing queries about compensation and career frameworks, supporting workers’ compensation and leaves of absence, preparing HR reports, assisting with onboarding and new hire paperwork, auditing HR data, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and supporting learning and development and company-wide events. The role involves end-to-end recruitment support and ongoing collaboration with partners to drive talent development and retention. The position generally follows California work hours with potential for additional hours as needed.
