You will play a key role in supporting Azure infrastructure, automation, and security, applying DevOps best practices to drive performance, strengthen compliance, and improve operational efficiency.
$130,000–$170,000 per year, based on experience. Clearance: U.S. citizenship is required for this federal contract position to obtain and maintain a Secret-level clearance. Responsibilities include: designing, deploying, and maintaining Azure cloud infrastructure (VMs, VNets, Storage, Azure AD, and PaaS services); managing Azure networking (VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, VPN/ExpressRoute connectivity); developing and maintaining Terraform templates as the primary IaC tool; supporting automation via PowerShell, Bash, YAML/JSON, and GitLab pipelines; deploying and managing Azure Virtual Desktop environments; troubleshooting and performance optimization for AVD users; building, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines in GitLab; automating cloud operations, system configuration, and monitoring; implementing secure cloud practices (RBAC, Key Vault, IAM, encryption standards); ensuring compliance with NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, and agency-specific controls; using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics to analyze system health and enforce SLAs; collaborating with engineering, security, and program staff to support cloud modernization; and supporting onsit
