Projects may include improvements to core ecommerce elements such as pricing, incentives, promotions, and financing options for the shop-and-buy journey, as well as special projects involving various partners. You will lead by influence across multi-functional teams from technology and product management, manage a portfolio from discovery through delivery, and apply core project management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills to deliver on time and within budget. You will translate strategic roadmaps into executable plans and prioritized backlogs, provide strong agile leadership, cross-team coordination, and portfolio management to align business, technical, and security workstreams to deliver high-quality, customer-centric experiences. Based in Dearborn, MI, this is a hybrid position with a required four-day onsite presence each week.
