Position: Counter Sales Representative Overview: Rexel USA, a leading distributor of electrical products and related supplies, is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join the Platt team in Boise, Idaho. The successful candidate will deliver excellent customer service, assist customers with purchases and returns, and support branch operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide prompt, courteous customer service and efficiently process purchases and returns - Drive electrical distribution sales and develop new and existing customer relationships - Maintain showroom and counter cleanliness; assist with daily restocking and showroom upkeep - Support warehouse functions as needed (receiving, shipping, stocking, deliveries) - Stay informed on product knowledge; assist inside sales as needed - Communicate safety concerns to the manager and help ensure customer satisfaction - Perform other duties as assigned
