Position overview: We are seeking a Commissioning Project Manager to lead commissioning, quality assurance, and performance testing of critical facilities, including data centers, healthcare facilities, and other high-reliability environments. You will oversee all commissioning activities from planning and design review through functional performance testing and project turnover, and you will manage budgets, schedules, resources, and client relationships while collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams.

Essential responsibilities: - Lead commissioning projects through planning, design, construction, testing, and closeout. - Manage budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and overall project performance. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, design teams, and stakeholders. - Lead startup verification, functional performance testing, integrated systems testing, and troubleshooting. - Review design documents, specifications, submittals, and sequences of operation to ensure alignment with objectives. - Identify risks, manage issues proacti
