As a Senior Lead Software Engineer (Java/AI), you will be a core technical contributor responsible for delivering secure, scalable technology products and providing technical guidance across multiple business functions. Responsibilities include mentoring technical teams and vendors; delivering high quality production code with AI assisted development tools; influencing product design, functionality, and operations; building internal tooling and developer platforms to improve productivity, observability, and reliability; serving as a subject matter expert in AI/ML applications in software engineering workflows; owning and operating systems that run 24x7 at high traffic with on call responsibilities and post mortem analysis; driving adoption of enterprise approved AI assisted engineering practices; ensuring secure coding standards, automated testing, and code reviews; and promoting reuse of effective patterns across teams.
