In this hybrid role, you will lead land development projects from initial planning through design completion, manage client relationships, coordinate engineering teams and subconsultants, and oversee technical execution to deliver projects that positively impact communities. Key responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality; serving as the primary client contact; coordinating the work of engineering teams, subconsultants, and support staff; leading site development plans, reports, calculations, and permit applications; reviewing and approving technical designs for codes and client requirements; supporting business development through opportunities and proposals; facilitating meetings with clients, public agencies, and internal teams; mentoring junior engineers; monitoring project performance and taking corrective actions; and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
