Allegro is seeking an experienced and autonomous Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution of customer experience initiatives across verticals. You will define vertical-specific product scopes, address complex business and customer problems, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful software solutions. Responsibilities

Define product vision and strategy for verticals, contributing to the broader product strategy.
Translate customer insights into actionable requirements by engaging directly with internal clients.
Own roadmaps and plan mid-term initiatives (6–12 months) with high autonomy.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX, research, data science, analytics, communications, technical leaders, and support teams.
Define operational and success KPIs, track performance, and link outcomes to broader business goals.
Align stakeholders up to CL8 level to build strong alignment and support.
Optimize resources by prioritizing strategic priorities.
Apply data-driven frameworks to solve problems and determine the right analytical approach (e.g., A/B tests vs. quasi-experiments, AI vs. rule-based solutions).
Craft decision proposals with clear narratives and rationale.
Lead through ambiguity and take ownership of key parts of the team's work.
Mentor and inspire teammates, coaching junior PMs to grow in product methodology and leadership.
