Eurofins is seeking a Project Manager (Real Estate) to support its operations across the network in planning, execution and governance of real estate initiatives. The role partners with local management teams, advising on acquisitions, disposals, lease commitments, expansions, relocations and CAPEX projects, and ensures alignment with Group Real Estate policies, governance standards and approval processes. The Project Manager will oversee project progress, budgets, risks and deliverables; maintain Real Estate data and reporting; and drive continuous improvement, automation and digitalisation of portfolio management. Key responsibilities include Real Estate Projects and Advisory, Governance and Compliance, Portfolio Management, Cost Control and Financial Analysis. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering, Real Estate or related field, 2–5 years of experience. Strong project management, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills are required. Fluent English is required; additional European languages are advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is expected; experience with Power BI, Access, VBA or similar BI tools is a plus. This is an on-site role based in Brussels, Belgium.
