Menlo79 is a Berlin-based SaaS startup founded in 2019. Our product WILSON is a comprehensive workforce-management solution that helps rail companies plan shifts, respond to last-minute staffing changes, ensure regulatory compliance, and consider employees’ preferences. Our mission is to modernize the rail industry and support innovation by helping rail operators across Europe replace outdated methods like Excel sheets and whiteboards with real-time insights and optimizations to improve workforce efficiency.

Your role: - Build and develop the pipeline: take qualified leads from the SDR team and generate additional opportunities through strategic outbound and networking in the SMB and Enterprise segments. - Own the sales cycle from discovery calls to compelling product demos and successful closing. - Monitor market trends and competitors; develop new outreach concepts and position Menlo79 in the market. - Use our CRM (HubSpot) for clean pipeline management, reporting, and continuous process optimization.
