Write product or system development code.
Participate in, or lead, design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide among available technologies.
Review code and provide feedback to ensure best practices, testability, accuracy, and efficiency.

Enforce clean code and strong engineering practices through thoughtful reviews.

Collaborate with Product Managers to meet and exceed customer needs in the simplest possible ways.

Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing impacts across hardware, network, or service operations.

Engage in system architecture discussions and design reviews to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.

Lead by example and elevate design, implementation, quality, and engineering practices across the team.

Drive projects to deliver high-quality systems and products.

Coach and support engineers with a focus on feedback and growth; align teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.

Influence and coach a team of engineers.

Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Requirements

Benefit

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
12+ years of experience in software development in one or more programming languages with data structures or algorithms.
8+ years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products; 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
Advanced Requirements (preferred): Master’s Degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
