Responsibilities

• Define and build software to help customers manage finance and accounting tasks, with a focus on payments for construction.
• Be the expert on corporate cards and construction accounting for payables across supported systems.
• Expand product breadth by solving challenges for construction AP teams and underserved areas.
• Support Customer Success onboarding and assist customers as needed.
• Coordinate feature development and releases; prioritize initiatives and define success metrics.
• Collaborate with UX designers and engineers; work on ERP integrations within the product area.

Requirements

Notes:

• 4+ years as a product manager with external customers.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, accounting, engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• Self-motivated, empathetic advocate for customers.
• Nice-to-have: construction accounting/ERPs, fintech/payments, ERP experience (e.g., Vista, Sage Intacct).
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
