Develop product strategy and definition for sales planning and compensation tools, platforms, and processes that support AWS seller programs.
Define and manage a multi-year product roadmap, including AI/ML integration to transform sales planning, quota setting, and incentive calculation.
Capture, document, and communicate business and technical requirements from Sales Compensation Operations, BU Ops, and Finance.
Translate requirements into features and user stories; drive engineering understanding for accurate implementation.
Lead technical build against business requirements; provide architecture guidance with engineering.
Prepare leadership materials on program changes, platform enhancements, and operational readiness.
Manage post-launch activities including seller support, defect resolution, and iterative feature development; establish KPIs and drive adoption.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of technical product or program management experience; 5+ years end-to-end product delivery; experience owning roadmaps; experience with feature tradeoffs; experience contributing to engineering discussions.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with analytical tools (Tableau, QlikView, QuickSight); experience building/driving adoption of new tools; experience bridging technical and business teams to refine requirements and ensure on-time delivery.
