Plan, direct, and supervise activities on moderately sized projects with moderate risk, complexity and financial impactSupport the operational performance and continuous improvement of the Belfast project management teamDemonstrate experience delivering projects across RIBA Stages 0–7Administer NEC ECC contractsRequirements
- Postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
- Chartered status with RICS / CIOB / ICE / RIBA / Engineers Ireland
- Membership or affiliation with APM would be advantageous
- NEC4 ECC PM Accreditation would also be advantageous
- Experience within the buildings sector
