About the role

Manage projects from inception through to completion, covering design, procurement, site delivery and commissioning
Collaborate with the wider project management team to deliver capital investment projects
Serve as primary day-to-day client contact to ensure objectives are clearly understood and achieved
Lead project management commissions and assume accountability for successful delivery

Plan, direct, and supervise activities on moderately sized projects with moderate risk, complexity and financial impact

Support the operational performance and continuous improvement of the Belfast project management team

Demonstrate experience delivering projects across RIBA Stages 0–7

Administer NEC ECC contracts

Postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
Chartered status with RICS / CIOB / ICE / RIBA / Engineers Ireland
Membership or affiliation with APM would be advantageous
NEC4 ECC PM Accreditation would also be advantageous
Experience within the buildings sector
