Bosch Mobility Aftermarket is seeking a Workshop Sales Representative for the Washington, District of Columbia area. In this field-based role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for independent repair shops and targeted accounts, promoting the Bosch Mobility Aftermarket product portfolio including diagnostic equipment, parts, tools, and service solutions. Responsibilities include conducting in-person field visits to build relationships, representing Bosch as the local field contact for workshops, identifying and onboarding new Workshop Partner prospects, driving parts pull, supporting field campaigns and product demonstrations, capturing visit details in Bosch systems, providing market intelligence, coordinating with internal teams and distributors, and maintaining a disciplined territory routine. Qualifications include 3-5 years of sales experience in the automotive aftermarket, technical understanding of diagnostic and workshop equipment, and a valid driver’s license with travel within the territory; additional travel in the U.S. and Canada may be required. Preferred qualifications include ASE certification or hands-on automotive service skills and a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; fluency in local language(s). Additional information: U.S. work authorization is required; sponsorship is not available. The base salary range is $85,000-$100,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.
