Web Application Developer is needed for NATO in Brussels to turn data from multiple sources into clean web applications and dashboards for senior leadership. The team operates in a hybrid mode with most work done remotely and occasional visits to Brussels. Responsibilities include designing, building and deploying web applications and dashboards using modern front-end frameworks (Vue, Angular, React) and integrating data from classified and unclassified sources with Python and ETL tooling. You will extend data collection tools, test them with users, and build dashboards for leadership in Python and Power BI. You will document code, endpoints and architecture, create training materials, and hand knowledge over to staff. You will support security testing and approvals, reporting progress and any risks to the timeline early. Requirements include at least 5 years of web development in JavaScript and HTML with Vue.js, Angular or React; strong MS SQL experience; .NET is a plus; Python for automation, ETL and analysis (pandas, numpy, matplotlib) and experience building backend services or pipelines; dashboards for senior stakeholders in Python and/or Power BI; Git, Agile practices and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, IT or similar; advanced English and clear, confident communication.
