You will lead and develop the Content Admin Team (initially 15 specialists) to deliver fast, high‑quality content changes across products, stores, and platforms, while serving as the primary escalation point for complex technical or operational issues. You will oversee workload distribution, set clear priorities, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and build efficient processes that ensure data accuracy and content integrity. You will analyze performance data, identify bottlenecks, and drive process and automation improvements (including AI-driven solutions). You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Design, and IT to enable smooth operations and resolve systemic issues. You will hire, mentor, and coach team members to grow strong executors into future specialists and contribute to the overall business and IT enablement agenda as the organization scales for fast global growth.
