Role: Water Safety Product Manager

This is a highly visible, strategic role on the Technical Services Team that owns the Water Safety product line from end to end. The Product Manager serves as the organization’s subject matter expert for product knowledge, vendor relationships, technical support, and field enablement— translating technical complexity into practical guidance that drives results in the field. This is a field-enabling role, not client-facing; the Product Manager owns the product while the Water Safety Account Manager handles client relationships. The measure of success is field outcomes, not personal visibility.
